Driven to Collision formed in Brighton, UK in 2002. Nige Stringfellow (ex-Pulaski) and Duncan Walters (vocals / guitars) had gigged under various guises (Sonatone, Slacker, The Method) before recruiting drummer Jan Alkema.
Jan previously drummed in Compulsion and then China Drum, latterly known as The Drum
